Q: How Do I Print my E-ticket??

Ans: You can print your e-ticket my clicking on the link, which you received as the confirmation of your booking. Follow the link and click on the E-ticket receipt icon, from here you can print this document.

Q: How do I make changes to my travel?

Ans: Please call our office on 02 8020 4703 and speak to one of your consultants. Please be advised that in most cases a fee will be charged for any changes in your travel.

Q: How do I cancel my ticket?

Ans: Most of the tickets are non-refundable, please check the fare rules on the ticket before purchasing online or ask the consultant at the time of purchase. Please call us on 02 8020 4703 and speak to one of our consultant. Please be advised that cancellation charges may apply.

Q: I have not received my e-ticket?

Ans: It may take up to 4-6 hours for your ticket to be issued; in urgent cases we will issue the ticket immediately.

Q: I have seen a cheaper airfare somewhere else, can you beat it?

Ans:In most cases our airfares are the cheapest that is why we guarantee them, in unusual cases if you happen to find a cheaper airfare our friendly travel consultant team will do the best to beat that quote.
